Providing data is voluntary, but without the required fields of the form we cannot reply. Please do not send special categories of personal data or confidential technical files in a first enquiry.
03 Recipients and transfers
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by the providers we use to run the website and communicate with you: our hosting and email providers, Intuition Machines, Inc. (hCaptcha, protection of the form), Notion Labs, Inc. (our internal register of enquiries) and, only with your consent, Google Ireland Limited (website statistics). If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes your number and messages under its own terms. Data may also be shared with professional advisers bound by confidentiality, with public authorities where the law requires it, and with a successor in a reorganisation of the business. hCaptcha, Notion and Google may process data outside the EEA, in particular in the United States; such transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on standard contractual clauses.
04 Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to info@microdigitalcorp.com. We reply within one month, free of charge; for complex requests the GDPR allows an extension. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or with the authority in your EU country, and you may go to court.
05 Cookies, automated decisions and changes
Cookies other than strictly necessary ones are used only with your consent, see the Cookie Policy. We make no decisions based solely on automated processing. The date at the top shows the current version; where the law requires it, we ask for new consent. If language versions differ, the English version prevails.
