4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Eligible for Full Refund

  • Pre-project Payment: If project has not commenced (within 7 days of payment)
  • Service Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver agreed services due to our inability
  • Breach of Contract: If we materially breach the service agreement
  • Technical Impossibility: If project becomes technically impossible due to our oversight

4.2 Eligible for Partial Refund

  • Project Cancellation by Client: Refund of unused portion after deducting completed work
  • Mutual Termination: Pro-rated refund based on work completed
  • Scope Changes: Refund of payments for cancelled project components

  • Completed Services: Work that has been delivered and accepted

5. Specific Refund Terms

  • 24-Hour Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before scheduled consultation
  • Same-Day Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled same day
  • No-Show: No refund for missed appointments without notice

5.2 Design Services

  • Concept Phase: Full refund if cancelled before design work begins
  • Active Development: Partial refund based on deliverables completed
  • Final Delivery: No refund after final deliverables are provided

5.3 Prototyping Services

  • Pre-Production: Refund of material costs if cancelled before component ordering
  • In-Production: No refund for ordered components and labor costs
  • Testing Phase: No refund for completed prototype testing

5.4 Long-Term Projects

  • Milestone-Based: Refunds calculated based on completed milestones
  • Monthly Retainers: Refund of unused monthly portion with 30-day notice
  • Annual Contracts: Pro-rated refund for unused months minus setup costs

9. Special Circumstances

If our solution fails to meet agreed specifications due to our error:
